This role ensures consistent project methodology, effective execution, and active maintenance of the project portfolio.Your Responsibilities:Drive and support project delivery across the business as needed. Projects will span multiple functional areas, with a particular emphasis on IT infrastructure initiatives, such as office downsizing or rebuilds, warehouse relocations or expansions, and IT‑enabled workplace transformations.LeadandcoordinateITinfrastructureprojects,includingDataCentermigrationstocloudenvironments,telephony,UPS(UninterruptiblePowerSupply) and SFTPupgrades orotherinfrastructuremodernizationinitiatives.Apply best‑practice project management standards to create and maintain project documentation, including detailed project plans, ensuring activities are executed on time and to required quality standards.Plan, track, and report on project progress, ensuring risks, issues, and dependencies are identified and managed proactively.Mobilise project teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, engagement, and support throughout the project lifecycle to deliver effective and sustainable change.Provide constructive challenge and guidance to influence decisions and drive optimal project outcomes.Promote professional project management practices by delivering a consistent, transparent, and high‑quality service to internal stakeholders.Coach and support colleagues involved in project delivery across the organisation.Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear communication.Your Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Proven experience in project management within IT‑driven environments.Solid understanding of IT infrastructure. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
