for one of our clients, a leading fashion/footwear company based in Spain.In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various brands in the luxury, premium, and high-premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, and Braga.This position requires to live in Spain.Responsibilities:Act as the brand's representative to other leading companies, demonstrating leadership in the sector.Lead a team of Wholesale Account Managers distributed throughout Europe.Identify new business opportunities throughout the year.Strengthen commercial relationships with existing clientsDevelop the strategy with General Management, with a special emphasis on branding and commercial strategy linked to the customer experienceMonitor client companies' promotional campaigns: sending catalogs, preparing and monitoring proposals, and managing budgets.Monitor inventory and product availability to meet customer needs or current proposals, in collaboration with the Demand Planning department.Report on results obtained.Participate in the creation of channel strategies and execution of action plans to achieve the B2B team's objectives.Support customer communication efforts.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales in a Fashion Retail, Footwear, or Cosmetics company, in an international environment.Leadership and team management skills.Experience working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and agencies.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.Fluent in English.What the company offers:Salary banding gross annual 70-75KCommissions/ Bonus + social benefitsGrowth opportunity: join one of the fashion companies growing the most worldwide.If you are looking for a new challenging opportunity in a Fashion Brand, do not hesitate to send us your updated CV!At Luxe Talent we want to help you achieve your goals, which is why we offer you the most interesting vacancies in the Fashion, Retail, Luxury and FMCG sectors. xcskxlj Follow us on our social networks to keep up to date with all our news on Luxe Talent on LinkedIn or Instagram.
