Задачи:

Create high-quality visual assets for organic and paid social media, campaigns, toolkits, and presentations; Develop social-first creative that feels native to platforms while remaining brand-consistent; Collaborate with the Design Lead, Art Directors, and Strategists to ensure visual consistency and craft excellence; Elevate product imagery through advanced retouching, compositing, and AI-supported workflows; Adapt assets quickly across variations while preserving visual integrity; Stay ahead of skincare, beauty, and social media trends; Iterate quickly under tight timelines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

Требования:

4-8+ Years of experience as a Graphic Designer at Mid/Senior level depending on profile; Deep understanding of social media ecosystems, including Instagram, TikTok, paid formats, and motion-first layouts; Strong portfolio demonstrating premium visual craft; Strong eye for art direction, composition, color, lighting, and imagery selection; Advanced skills in photo retouching, image manipulation, and compositing; Ability to create natural, credible, dermatologist-approved, and on-brand imagery; Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools such as Krea, Sora, and Firefly; Understanding of how to integrate AI tools into production workflows; Strong understanding of brand guidelines and ability to apply them consistently across assets and formats; Ability to produce high volumes of assets at scale without compromising quality; Ability to work closely with Art Directors and Strategists; Ability to interpret feedback clearly, iterate quickly, and maintain quality under tight timelines; Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities; High attention to detail, craftsmanship, and ownership of final output quality; Proactive approach to identifying visual risks, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities; Spanish (mandatory); English (mandatory); Nice to have: experience with non-traditional skincare, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands, any other languages. xqbhyrx
