This is a technical customer support role supporting users of TV / audiovisual products (Philips TVs and related tech). Day-to-day youll: Help Danish-speaking customers with technical issues (TV setup connectivity sound/display problems smart TV apps) Troubleshoot problems step-by-step (Wi-Fi HDMI software updates device compatibility) Guide customers on installation and product usage Escalate more complex issues to technical teams when needed Deliver high-quality support customer satisfaction (CSAT/KPI driven) In plain terms: Youre the go-to person when something isnt working on their TV or home entertainment setupyou diagnose fix or guide them to a solution.
