Were looking for a Senior / Lead Partnerships Manager to join our Business team to drive new business for the Spanish territory taking ownership of the full sales cyclefrom lead generation prospecting and discovery to deal qualification pitching negotiation and closing.

Reporting to executive commercial leadership you will grow our footprint by building strong relationships and closing strategic deals with venues festivals and promoters across Spain with room to expand your scope and impact as the market grows.

What You Will Do

• Commercial Tenacity: Build and manage a high-velocity sales pipeline across Spain maintaining strong CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline.
• Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Sourcing leads running discovery calls qualifying opportunities delivering tailored product pitches/demos and closing deals with high autonomy.
• Consistent Market Presence: Develop deep industry relationships through digital channels and in-person presence at key events venues and industry gatherings.
• Exceptional Communication & Pitching: Effectively communicate XCEEDs value proposition handle complex objections and negotiate win-win commercial agreements.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Marketing Operations and Product teams to optimize go-to-market efforts and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
• Operational Discipline: Maintain precise forecasting accurate CRM data and structured follow-ups to drive consistent results.

The Skills You Bring

• Strong network and industry access in nightlife live events or music with a deep understanding of the Spanish market.
• Proven track record in B2B business development sales or strategic partnerships (experience in SaaS ticketing or music tech is a plus).
• Full-cycle sales experience: comfortable prospecting pitching negotiating and closing deals independently.
• Tech-savvy mindset: comfortable working with CRMs (e.g. Pipedrive) and data-driven sales workflows.
• High autonomy resilience and an entrepreneurial builder mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
