Finance Manager

About the role

Tomorrowland is expanding its activities to Ibiza and is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to oversee all financial operations and planning. This unique opportunity involves driving financial performance and supporting business growth in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre‑opening phase and develop a comprehensive finance strategy.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage financial reporting and analysis.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Collaborate with other departments and key stakeholders, including Tomorrowland HQ, to support financial decision‑making.
• Lead and manage the finance team.
• Ensure all financial activities align with the Tomorrowland brand.

Qualifications / Must‑Haves

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in hospitality or entertainment.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar senior role.
• Experience working with an international HQ/team.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and Spanish regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish (C1 advanced) is required.
