Human Resources Intern

About the Role:

• 
  
• Managing documentation relating to the onboarding, offboarding and contractual changes of employees.
  
• Providing support with the absence management process.
  
• Maintaining and updating employee records in the database.
  
• Supporting the benefits management process and maintaining benefits platforms.
  
• Assisting with employee enquiries.
  
• Participating in the drafting of HR process and procedure documentation.
  
• Assisting with scholarship management.
  
• Managing Jira tickets for new hires and departures.
  
• Teleworking agreements.
  
• Assisting with Workmeter management.
  
• Supporting other administrative tasks within the department.
  

About You:

• 
  
• Advanced level of English (C1).
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or a related field).
  
• Proactive individual with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
  
• Availability to undertake a full‑time internship.
  
• Strong motivation for learning and professional development.
  
• Good command of MS Office tools, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
