About the Role As Content Jr. you will become a key member of our Inbound & Content function within the Marketing team. You will produce content that builds brand awareness and drives lead generation across Refinery89s channels from blog articles and whitepapers to newsletters and social media while researching the market topics and trends that keep our content relevant and engaging.

Working closely with the wider Marketing team you will own the day-to-day execution of the content calendar and our social presence and proactively spot new content-driven opportunities to grow our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create content for our blog articles reports/whitepapers case studies newsletters and social media.
• Write SEO-optimized WordPress posts on a weekly basis.
• Research market topics and trends to keep content relevant and engaging.

Content Distribution

• Replicate high-value articles across channels including social media Reddit and Google Business.

Social Media Management

• Manage Refinery89s social media accounts and execute the content calendar end-to-end.
• Handle social listening community management and performance reporting.
• Propose new opportunities for audience and channel growth.

External Collaborations

• Build and maintain a database for external collaborations such as podcast participation.
• Lead the logistics to ensure smooth participation.

Must-have Skills & Experience

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• C1 English level.
• Proactivity to identify content-based growth opportunities for lead generation.
• Organized curious and eager to keep learning.

Preferred Background

• Community management experience.
• A basic understanding of design.
• Experience in Agencies Startups or SaaS (no strong preference).

Interview Process The interview process for this role consists of three stages:

1. Initial screening Introductory 30-minute call with a recruiter.
2. First interview 30-minute video call with the Hiring Manager.
3. Technical test A practical exercise to assess content and copywriting skills.
