Head of Digital Acquisition

At Solcasino, we’re looking for a senior, hands-on growth leader to take full ownership of our user acquisition strategy and build a high-performance growth engine from the ground up.

This is not a standard marketing role.

This is a high-impact leadership position with real budget, real ownership, and full responsibility over growth.

What you’ll own

• Define and execute the global user acquisition strategy
• Manage and scale significant paid media budgets (Google, Bing, Paid Social, Programmatic, Native)
• Drive acquisition towards FTDs (First Time Depositors) and revenue
• Lead a multichannel strategy including paid media, affiliation, and emerging channels
• Optimize performance based on CAC, ROAS, LTV
• Oversee and improve the full conversion funnel (end-to-end)

Build and manage your team

You won’t inherit a team — you’ll build it.

• Define the structure of the digital marketing team
• Hire and lead:
• Performance specialists (Paid Media)
• Affiliation manager(s)
• In-house content team (creatives, copy, landing pages)
• Establish processes, KPIs, and a high-performance culture

What we’re looking for

• 6–8+ years in performance marketing / user acquisition
• Proven track record of scaling acquisition with measurable impact on revenue
• Experience managing large budgets and optimizing for profitability
• Strong experience across multiple channels:
• Paid Search (Google, Bing)
• Paid Social
• Programmatic / Display / Native
• Affiliation (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid)
• Experience building and leading teams
• Deep understanding of funnels, attribution, and unit economics
• Experience in iGaming / betting / high-regulated industries
• Background in high-growth or performance-driven environments
• Direct impact on company growth
• Full ownership of strategy, budget, and team
