Your main mission will be to provide administrative support by carrying out tasks related to academic management.

Our main areas of work include:

• Processing degree certificate applications for Bachelor’s, Official Master’s and Doctoral students.
• Handling academic transcript requests.
• Managing credit recognition and validation processes.
• Place orders in the system.
• Assisting in other academic processes related to Bachelor’s, Official Master’s and Doctoral programs.

Requirements

Do you identify with the following characteristics?

• You hold a Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration and Finance, Secretarial Studies or similar fields.
• You have at least one year of experience in administrative positions.
• You have a high level of communication and writing skills (C1) in English and Basque.
• You enjoy working as part of a team.

You will stand out if you:

• Have experience working in university or educational environments.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Moodle or Universitas XXI.
• Possess strong interpersonal communication skills, as well as planning and self-management abilities.
