Overview

GRCTrail is a compliance platform (GDPR + ISO 27001) for European SMBs, with an AI agent that does the implementation work consultants charge €5K for. The platform is live, built solo in 12 months. We have one design partner in production, a first channel partnership with a Spanish data‑protection firm in due diligence, and first VC conversations happening now.

What I need from you

• Own everything commercial: close our first 10 paying customers—founder‑led, hands‑on, LinkedIn DMs and demo calls, not strategy decks.
• Build the DPO/consultant partner channel and the traction that makes our pre‑seed round (€250K‑400K, in motion) closeable.
• Raise the pre‑seed round with me.

What I bring

• The product and technical expertise: I ship weekly, handle everything from architecture to the AI agent, and have sent 200+ outreach messages myself.

Qualifications

• Experienced in B2B SaaS sales in the EU market.
• Comfortable selling at €4‑10K ACV.
• Enthusiastic and not deterred by “zero revenue, everything to prove.”
• Compliance/security background is a plus, not a requirement.

Offer

20% equity, 4‑year vesting, 1‑year cliff. No salary until we raise, then we both take one.

Location

Based anywhere in the EU. I’m in Valencia, Spain.
