The Advisor II, B2B Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or the Internet to sell products and services. The role processes customer orders and sales, provides and receives information, sells client products or services, and delivers basic customer service support.

Responsibilities

• Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.
• Focus on new customers and reactivate lapsed customers.
• Prospect new clients by building and following sales cadences.
• Identify and qualify prospects in targeted companies.
• Drive profitability and customer growth.
• Make outbound calls to find new business and book meetings for Specialists and Account Managers.
• Ask appropriate questions to uncover customer needs.
• Use advanced sales skills to engage new prospects, profile and cross‑sell and upsell, eventually closing on the phone.
• Create and maintain an ongoing funnel.
• Track, manage and report ongoing sales pipeline activity.
• Review client satisfaction levels and elevate issues when necessary.
• Communicate client feedback to relevant parties for potential business follow‑up.
• Respond promptly and resolve incoming customer inquiries and requests.
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals that are technically and commercially sound.

Required Qualifications

• Native German and advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Solid outbound sales background.
• Achievement‑ and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Good computer skills.
• Minimum one year of B2B sales experience.
• Experience with channel partners is a plus.
• Motivated, self‑starter, and ability to follow security rules.

Benefits

• Full‑time, 39‑hour work week with a permanent contract: Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00.
• Salary: €22,500 gross/year plus up to €6,000 gross/year in bonus, private medical insurance.
