Head of Supply Chain Spain

Overview

Join our team as Head of Supply Chain Spain. As Head of Supply Chain Spain, you will lead the end-to-end operational execution of our Customer Operations and Logistics organization across Spain. You will oversee Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation while driving operational excellence, digitalization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives. This role combines operational leadership with strategic transformation responsibilities in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation operations across Spain.
• Ensure excellent customer service performance and operational reliability.
• Drive transformation, digitalization and process optimization initiatives.
• Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage logistics partners and support network optimization initiatives.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including OTIF, service level, productivity and logistics costs.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, Planning and Global Supply Chain teams.
• Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Support implementation of automation and AI-driven operational improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• Strong experience in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics or Customer Operations
• Proven people leadership experience in multinational environments
• Experience in Customer Service, Warehousing and Transportation management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with SAP and Supply Chain systems
• Exposure to transformation and digitalization initiatives
• Fluent English and Spanish required
• Experience in healthcare, FMCG, pharma or consumer goods industries is a plus
