Marketing Paid Motion Designer Global Markets

At Factorial were looking for a new Paid Motion Designer to help us support and scale our Performance Marketing team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of driving creative performance across paid media channels youll be in charge of producing high-volume motion ad variations translating brand essence into captivating visual assets and leveraging AI-native tools to iterate fast and stay ahead of the curve.

What youll do

• Produce a high volume of motion ad variations iterating fast based on performance data and creative feedback.
• Translate brand essence into captivating visual assets that resonate with diverse audiences across every paid channel.
• Read and interpret performance metrics across Meta TikTok YouTube and beyond connecting creative decisions to business outcomes and using data as your co-pilot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Champion innovation and experimentation with motion techniques and AI tools to keep our creatives ahead of the curve.
• Balance creativity with problem-solving always keeping the end-user in mind.
• Embrace feedback iterate relentlessly and never settle for mediocrity.

What were looking for

• Proven experience in motion design for paid media channels (Meta TikTok YouTube Display) with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for performance-driven creativity.

• Background in performance marketing and/or user acquisition (UA) ads; you understand the metrics and design for outcomes.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus were international!

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously without losing quality or attention to detail.

• Genuinely AI-native: hands-on experience with tools such as Kling Sora Seedance ElevenLabs Nanobana RunwayML Midjourney or Adobe Firefly. Not just AI-curious - you live and breathe it.

• Proficiency in After Effects Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite. Figma is a plus.

• Solid understanding of motion principles colour theory and typography applied to short-form and paid formats.

• Ability to read and interpret paid media performance data (CTR ROAS engagement rates) and translate insights into creative decisions.

• Portfolio showcasing motion work across paid or digital channels demonstrating both creative range and strategic thinking.

• Video editing skills to own the full creative process end-to-end from concept to final cut.
