• Implement KOMPAN's commercial strategy across the region, ensuring strong execution and market presence
• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed sales team, driving performance and engagement
• Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management to ensure smooth execution
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, customers, and partnerships across the territory
• Analyse markets, competitors, and trends to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market position
• Own and deliver regional sales targets, forecasts, and budgets
• Monitor performance through KPIs and define action plans to maximise results
• Coordinate and support complex sales processes, including project-based opportunities and tenders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Represent KOMPAN at events, trade fairs, and client meetings
• Ensure effective cost control and reporting of commercial activity

Требования:

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ Years of experience in B2B sales, including team leadership
• Proven experience managing regional or distributed sales teams
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering xcskxlj results
• Ability to coach, develop, and align teams towards common objectives
• Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed sales teams
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Nice to have: experience with tenders or similar structured sales processes, experience in construction, infrastructure, outdoor solutions, or related sectors
