Role Purpose

We are looking for a Network & IT Infrastructure Specialist responsible for ensuring the availability, security, resilience, and continuous evolution of the company's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will also bring expertise in cybersecurity, virtualization, storage, and business continuity. This role will participate in both operational and strategic initiatives and work closely with SAP, OT, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, design, and continuously improve the company's network infrastructure.
• Manage VMware and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Administer SAN and enterprise storage platforms.
• Design, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
• Participate in infrastructure renewal, migration, and deployment projects, ensuring proper technology lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with SAP, OT, Cybersecurity, and business teams to develop solutions aligned with corporate requirements.
• Manage external vendors and technology partners.
• Provide advanced support for network and virtualized infrastructure environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience working on international projects and within multinational organizations.
• Advanced level of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or GxP-regulated industries.
• VMware, Cisco, Check Point, and/or Microsoft Azure certifications.
• Experience with IT/OT integration projects.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices for critical infrastructure environments.
