We are blu, a fast-paced, pan-European recruitment agency that connects global talent with Europe’s coolest companies. We are looking for a dynamic, globally-minded intern to join Kevin in our Marketing & Research department at our Barcelona HQ.

Your Mission: Forget fetching coffee. You will work side-by-side with Kevin to uncover market trends, map out the European talent landscape, and amplify the blu brand.

• The Research: Dive deep into market data, competitor analysis, and industry trends to give our recruitment team the winning edge.
  
• The Marketing: Help craft bold campaigns, create engaging content, and build our brand presence across international markets.
  
• The Strategy: Brainstorm and execute growth initiatives directly with the core team in a fast-moving, flat-hierarchy environment.
  

What You Bring:

• 
  
• Professional-level English (it is your daily language).
  
• A valid university internship agreement (Required).
  
• A creative, data-driven, and relentlessly curious mindset.
  
• An international profile (fluency in French or Spanish is a massive bonus!).
