We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team and play a key role in driving growth across acquisitions, greenfield and brownfield investments, and strategic initiatives in an international environment.

What you'll do

• 
  
• Lead the origination and execution of greenfield, brownfield, and M&A projects from strategy to closing.
  
• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities by actively screening the market.
  
• Drive target assessments, business planning, valuation, due diligence, and stakeholder coordination.
  
• Support high-impact strategic projects by defining scope, performing business analysis, and delivering actionable recommendations.
  
• Partner with senior leadership by providing strategic insights that influence executive decision-making.
  

What we're looking for

• 
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  
• 8–12 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A), Management Consulting, or Private Equity, with a strong track record in strategy, transactions, and deal origination.
  
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
  
• Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
  
• Nice to have: German language skills.
  

Work across 6 countries with international teams and stakeholders.
