About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be part of an international sales team driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and helping companies adopt advanced cloud technologies. You will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your communication and commercial skills will directly impact success.

What you will do

• Be the first point of contact for potential business clients
• Create strong first impressions and build long-term client relationships
• Identify opportunities to grow and develop a portfolio of customers
• Act as a trusted advisor on cloud-based solutions
• Drive revenue growth through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• Collaborate with technical and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve products and services

Requirements

• Dutch: C1–C2 (fluent/native)
• English: B2
• 1–2 years of experience in IT sales OR customer service experience (both are valid)
• Proven ability in managing clients, accounts, or sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft cloud products (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365)
• Microsoft certifications (Azure / Modern Workplace / BizApps)

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 09:00 – 18:00

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: €25,000 gross/year
• Performance bonus: €4,800 gross/year
