Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support across EMEA, with a focus on Spain and the UK
  • Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on standard HR matters
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and the Employee Relations team on disciplinary and grievance cases
  • Draft HR documentation in line with local employment legislation
  • Support compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonus cycles
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
  • Support performance improvement plans and follow‑up actions
  • Ensure compliance with Spain and UK employment law
  • Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting requirements
  • Produce HR dashboards and identify trends to support decision‑making
  • Support HR projects and regional initiatives, ensuring delivery and alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with HR functions and business units to drive adoption of HR initiatives
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and policy implementation
  • Assist with organizational change activities, including restructures, mergers, and acquisitions

Requirements

  • Strong HR generalist experience in international or multinational companies, around 5-6 years
  • Solid knowledge of Spanish and UK employment law
  • Experience managing or xqbhyrx supporting employee relations cases
  • Experience working with HR Business Partners and cross‑functional HR teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide insights
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity across the EMEA region
