Job Description

• Define and execute the national commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with ambitious growth, profitability and market expansion objectives.
  
• Lead and develop the sales, marketing and business development functions, driving customer acquisition, retention and account growth across key segments.
  
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, commercial channels and strategic partnerships to expand revenue streams and strengthen market presence.
  
• Develop and manage relationships with strategic customers and key accounts, ensuring a customer-centric approach and long-term value creation.
  
• Work closely with operational and support functions to ensure the effective delivery, quality and profitability of commercial solutions and customer commitments.
  
• Lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, performance and continuous improvement while maintaining full commercial ownership.
  
• Establish, monitor and improve commercial KPIs, revenue performance and profitability metrics through disciplined execution, data-driven decision making and advanced commercial tools.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Significant experience in senior commercial leadership roles within logistics, transportation, eCommerce or other complex service-driven industries.
  
• Proven track record of delivering profitable growth, leading commercial strategy and managing sizeable revenue and P&L responsibilities.
  
• Strong expertise in business development, strategic account management, commercial transformation and market analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional execution capabilities, customer orientation, analytical thinking, resilience and strong leadership presence; fluent English is essential.
