About the role

As the SDR Team Lead, you will be instrumental in building and leading a team focused on the performance and expenses side of our product. Working closely with Sales Managers, Account Executives and Marketing, you will own the prospecting strategy for the DACH market, develop your SDRs into top performers, and turn a strategic bet into real pipeline. Your ability to read the numbers and get the best out of people will be key to turning a strategic bet into real pipeline.

About the role

• Lead and grow a team of SDRs for the DACH region. You set the standard, unblock them, and make sure everyone knows what good looks like.
• Own the numbers that matter. Conversion rates, activity quality and pipeline generated — and act on them, not just report them.
• Coach constantly. Ongoing trainings, call reviews and 1:1s so the team gets measurably better month over month.
• Design one unified Account Prospecting Strategy. With Sales, Marketing and Partner Managers: which accounts, what message, which channel.
• Deliver on individual and team MRR and Demo targets. Forecast realistically, spot the risk early, land the month where you said you would.
• Partner with Sales Ops and Enablement. Right tools, right sequences, and new joiners ramping fast instead of learning by trial and error.
• Close the loop with AE Team Leads and the Sales Director. Honest feedback on lead quality, handover and how the team is really working.

Your Profile

• German profficiency level and professional English is a must!
• Hunter & Farmer mentality. Hunger, persistence and a work ethic that doesn't need supervision: we lead from the front.
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales, fast-paced companies and other similars on product-environment side. You know the truth, the sweet and the sour of what actually moves the role.
• Experience leading commercial teams; SDRs/BDRs. You know leading is a different job than selling.
• Comfortable with data. You read the story behind the numbers and build strategy out of it.
• Ideas and ownership. Half the playbook doesn't exist yet, so initiative beats following instructions.
• Change is the constant. You thrive in the fast lane and adapt to whatever comes.
