Restaurant Manager
Job Description
As Restaurant Manager you will be responsable for operation of our gastronomic restaurant ensuring consistently high standards of service while creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest.
You will be a highly visible presence in the restaurant and hotel
Your responsibilities will include:
Working with the management team to delevop and communicate the gastronomic offer
Leading motivating and supervising the restaurant team
Ensuring consistently excellent standards of service presentation and attention to detail.
Welcoming guests and developing genuine relationships with both new and returning clients.
Managing reservations table allocation guest flow and special requests.
Handling guest feedback or complaints with confidence empathy and discretion.
Managing rotas staffing levels and labour efficiency.
Supporting food and beverage cost control and restaurant profitability.
Contributing ideas and taking initiative to continuously improve both the restaurant and the overall guest experience.
