Location: This role is Remote in Portugal working remotely from another country is not an option.

Important Information: Please note that relocation is not provided for this position. Applicants must already reside in Portugal and be legally eligible to work in the country.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative you will provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers ensuring an excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Dutch and English.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach in every interaction.

What Were Looking For

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Currently residing in Portugal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

What We Offer

• Full-time remote position based in Portugal.
• Monday to Friday schedule.
• Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
• Food allowance of 7.63 per working day.
• Company equipment provided. Candidates living within 50 km of the office will collect their equipment in person while equipment will be shipped to those living more than 50 km away.

Salary

• 1073 gross per month paid over 14 salaries.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00
• Saturday and Sunday off
