Role Overview

We are recruiting for a Payments Operations Support role to join our Payments Support team. The primary function of this role is to support our international clients with all queries related to funding and charges. You will deliver a professional service to internal and external customers, in a timely manner, by ensuring that service delivery, quality control and all aspects of compliance are maintained to the highest levels.

What You Will Do

• Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly to customer queries with accurate information regarding transaction statuses, transaction reprocessing requests, and report generation in line with established SLAs.
  
• Run all aspects of customer and financial support across a number of IT platforms, internal departments and external partners/merchants.
  
• Resolve issues/queries by interacting and communicating with other colleagues/departments.
  
• Adapt to a fast‑moving environment in a proactive and team‑focused manner.
  
• Perform any other duties that may be required.
  
• Support inbound and outbound calls.
  
• Work 24/7 in shift bases on business needs.

What You Will Need To Bring

• 
  
• Proficient spoken and written English.
  
• B2 Level of German is mandatory (French is a plus).
  
• Experience in a similar customer support/administrative role.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Previous experience in Financial Services/Payments operations is advantageous.
  
• Good analytical and numerical skills, detail oriented.
  
• Moderate-level Microsoft Excel.
  
• Ability to be flexible within a fast‑growing global company.
  
• Must display initiative and a common-sense approach.
