We are looking for a detail-oriented Innovation Project Coordinator to manage resources and facilitate the successful execution of internal and external development projects. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate internal and external R&D development projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation * Monitor and track relevant R&D funding calls and opportunities * Liaise with internal product managers to gather innovation needs and support initiative proposals * Prepare and compile proposals for relevant administrations * Coordinate project activities and facilitate internal resource allocation * Manage relationships with external partners, coordinate task distribution, and track project progress * Support performance evaluation of internal and external stakeholders * Participate in and facilitate internal, external, and international meetings Education: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Organization Engineering, or related field * Master's degree in Project Management is a plus Languages: Profile: * Strong communication and coordination skills * Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail * Effective team player with collaborative approach * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate resources efficiently * Availability and willingness to travel Applus IDIADA is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.
