Looking to build an international career in one of Europes most vibrant cities

Join a global BPO as a Technical Customer Service Representative and become part of a multicultural team supporting users in Dutch. If you enjoy solving technical issues helping customers and working in a fast-paced international environment this opportunity could be the perfect fit.

What Youll Do

  • Provide technical customer support via phone email and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Accurately document customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

What Were Looking For

  • Native or fluent Dutch
  • B2 level English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and receiving feedback
  • Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

  • Gross salary: 1100/month (14 salaries)
  • Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day
  • Attendance bonus: 120/month (11 months)
  • Performance bonus: 135/month (14 months)
  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • Weekends off
  • Full-time permanent opportunity

Please note: Relocation support is not provided. Candidates should already be based in Portugal or be able to relocate to Lisbon at their own expense.
