Job Description Summary

Vector Renewables is looking for a junior accounting and reporting specialist who will be responsible for the preparation and management of the administrative, financial and accountancy of the companies under management.

Job Description

• 
  
• Act as the main point of reference for specific clients under management, ensuring a high quality of service and meeting all requests from clients on a timely basis;
  
• Prepare VAT returns on a monthly and quarterly basis;
  
• Prepare other applicable taxes (exempt of CIT);
  
• Issue and register invoices and receipts;
  
• Prepare and submit applicable taxes;
  
• Register banks movements (payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments, etc.);
  
• Prepare and submit financial reporting to the client including main KPIs;
  
• Control loan repayment deadlines;
  
• Bank reconciliations;
  
• Accrue project incomes;
  
• Accrue main expenses: Insurance, land lease, depreciation, O&M, etc.;
  
• Manage documentation (physical and digital archive);
  
• Prepare and deposit Annual Accounts and official books;
  

Key Requirements

• 
  
• Accounting, financial and tax knowledge of small and medium companies;
  
• 2-3 years of experience;
  
• D365 knowledge is a plus;
  
• Qualified with experience in accounting for renewable assets is a plus;
  
• Good communication skills;
  
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure scenarios;
  
• Strong aptitude for math and attention to detail;
  
• Ability to organize work independently and as part of a team;
  
• English fluent;
  
• Italian is a plus;
  

Studies

• 
  
• Economics Degree or Business Administration.
