We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to manage and optimise our main technology platforms, including Dynamics 365, Office 365, Power Apps and property management systems (PMS). This role is essential to ensuring the proper functioning, integration and security of technology systems in a dynamic and constantly evolving business environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain Dynamics 365, Office 365 and Power Apps platforms, ensuring their operability and proper integration.
• Manage and support PMS platforms, including their implementation, configuration and ongoing maintenance.
• Develop and execute automation scripts for administrative and maintenance tasks using PowerShell, Bash or similar languages.
• Monitor and manage technical incidents, proactively resolving issues to prevent disruptions.
• Implement and maintain security policies in the technological infrastructure, ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and optimise technological solutions.
• Perform updates and apply patches to systems, keeping them up to date and protected.
• Document technical and operational procedures, developing manuals and user guides for internal users.

Requirements

• Training in IT, FP2 or higher.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in systems administration, with a focus on platforms such as Dynamics 365, Office 365, Power Apps and PMS (Opera, Pex, Mews).
• Knowledge and experience in scripting and task automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
• Knowledge of server, network and database administration.
• Experience in systems integration and use of APIs, especially for connecting Power Apps with other tools.
• Problem‑solving skills and focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience with Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint and other Office 365 services.
• Knowledge of IT security, including identity management and data protection.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Knowledge of the hotel sector or direct experience with PMS systems.
