Responsibilities Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls emails and other channels.

Research prospective clients and understand their needs to present tailored solutions.

Engage with decision-makers and influencers to generate interest in our products and services.

Schedule meetings or demonstrations for senior sales representatives.

Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and track all interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve objectives.

Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively address client needs.

Qualifications & Skills Language Skills : Native or fluent in German; proficient in English (B2 or higher).

Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office tools.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Interest in the high-tech industry is a plus.
