Job Summary The Global Rewards Specialist supports the Global Rewards COE, focusing on operational tasks, data preparation / management, reporting and tracking of all projects developed by Global Rewards. They provide support and guidance to Regions in all tasks requested by Global Rewards, as a trusted reference.
Responsibilities Job Architecture : Support Global Rewards team ensuring the Job Architecture is applied consistently in all Regions / Countries, assist local teams with changes on Job Architecture structure, perform maintenance tasks for Job Architecture, identify misalignments and resolve them.
Global Benefits : Support Global Rewards team with Global Benefits Management projects, ensure correct development, collect information for reporting, follow-up with Countries on required tasks, address questions or comments from Region / Country responsible.
Compensation Process : Support Rewards process tasks, collect required data (salary structures, bonus schemes, organizational structure, etc.), assist with communication letter distribution, ensure deadlines are met by following up with local teams, conduct detailed market analysis and benchmarking, assist during budget process, manage accruals and cost-control analysis. Create tools to manage data including bonus calculations, merit reviews, accruals, and budget.
HRIS System : Support HRIS implementation tasks in each country, collect and prepare required data, participate in consolidation and mapping meetings, ensure correct naming conventions and consistent application.
Others : Support other tasks within the Rewards area ensuring all programs comply with local labor laws and company policies and governance.
Qualifications and Competencies Required years of experience : at least 3 years in similar roles or developing finance / audit functions.
Bachelor Degree – preferably in HR or Finance / Economic fields.
Experience in project implementation (especially HRIS systems). Proficiency in compensation with ability to leverage technology for data analysis and program management.
Finance background. Strong ability to analyze data, conduct market research, and interpret complex information.
Strong Excel (incl. Macros) & PowerPoint skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey reward strategies and policies to employees and stakeholders.
English fluent; other languages would be valuable
Collaboration : Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
