Project Manager - Clinical Trial Logistics

Descripción del trabajoManage 1015 simultaneous clinical trial logistics projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Coordinate internal teams across Operations, Technical Development, Supply Chain, and Business Development. Design and improve procedures to optimize processes and launch new services. Participate in client negotiations and support commercial and billing activities. Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain direct communication with national and international clients. Experience as a Project Manager, ideally with external client interaction. University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Health Sciences, or similar. High level of English Highly organized, analytical, and collaborative mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and management information systems. Integration into a well-established team of Project Managers. Intensive 2-week onboarding training to get familiar with tools and processes. Hybrid work model with 3 remote days per week. Flexible working hours to support work-life balance. Real opportunities for professional growth in an international environment.

- Salary : €40,000 gross per year
- Remote Work : 3 days / week
- Working Hours : Flexible start and end times
- Contract type : Full-time | 40 hours / week | Monday to Friday Initial | 3-month contract, renewable for an additional 3 months, with strong potential for long-term collaboration based on performance and business needs.
