From Barcelona, you will join Germany-based Corporate Start-Up B. Braun New Ventures, which leads in the digital transformation of healthcare. Our team develops solutions to automate medical procedures across various areas, augmenting caregivers’ abilities with sensors, robotics, and AI. Our cloud platform team creates solutions that drive B. Braun’s digital products and connected devices, enabling new treatment possibilities and better patient care. You will be part of an international team working towards these goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Key member of the cloud platform team, working on platform services supporting applications like secure IoT connections and scalable web applications
• Collaborate with software developers, architects, engineers, UX designers, quality engineers, and product owners in an agile environment
• Utilize modern technologies such as microservices and cloud solutions to develop new products
• Participate in software development, ensuring quality through reviews, documentation, and process improvements
• Mentor and support junior developers to foster professional growth
• Proven experience as a passionate .NET programmer with industry experience
• Experience leading development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Strong background in cloud-based application design, especially with Microsoft Azure
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, patterns, and best practices
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools for deployment and automation
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies like SCRUM
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
• Proactive, results-oriented, customer-focused with analytical skills
• Effective in multidisciplinary and virtual teams
• Self-motivated with a hands-on approach
• Passionate about technology, eager to learn and grow
• Capable of maintaining productivity and decision-making in critical situations
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish and German are advantageous
