What Youll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer support in Spanish.
• Assist customers with booking inquiries travel-related requests and account support.
• Resolve customer issues professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Communicate clearly and effectively across multiple customer interactions.
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction through empathy efficiency and problem-solving.

What Were Looking For

• Native or fluent Spanish (C1 level).
• English (B2) or French (B2) proficiency.
• Minimum 6 months of Contact Centre experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: 920 gross per month 14 salaries
• Attendance Bonus: 25 per month (11 months)
• Relocation support provided

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday
• Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 21:00
• Two rotational days off per week
