Brand & Communications Manager

Mission
Reporting to the Growth Director own the brands voice in Spain and drive the category-formation narrative in-market: content PR social and the localisation of centrally produced campaigns.

Scope
Spain. All local content communications and brand activity.

Essential responsibilities

• Build and run the local editorial plan and social channels
• Localise centrally produced campaigns and funnel copy tone culture and regulatory nuance
• Plan and manage offline media and brand activations in-market briefing and steering media and creative agencies on buying and execution
• Own PR and earned media: press relationships the launch narrative
• Design and write lifecycle and CRM journey content onboarding retention upsell working with the CRM team on execution
• Feed the content engine with locally credible material that earns visibility in search and AI-generated answers
• Bring local market and competitor insight back to the centre

Qualifications :

• 46 years B2C marketing or communications gained in energy utilities or other regulated industry
• Excellent written communication ability in Spanish; communication level of English.
• Offline buying PR and earned-media experience alongside content
• Experience briefing and managing media agencies
