PGI has extensive experience delivering international projects across cyber skills and workforce development, women in cyber, cybersecurity training, cyber maturity and vulnerability assessments, cybersecurity for Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), cyber threat intelligence, digital investigations/OSINT analysis, and geopolitical intelligence. We provide expert advice, conduct in-depth analysis, and build capacity for our clients worldwide.

We are refreshing our consultant database and invite freelance consultants with international experience in the above areas to submit their CVs. We are particularly interested in the following roles:

• Cybersecurity strategy advisors
• Cybersecurity policy advisors
• Cyber trainers/capacity development specialists for overseas government entities (across multiple technical areas such as incident response, digital forensics, cyber threat intelligence, and ISO 27001)
• Women in Cyber mentors
• Cyber maturity and vulnerability assessors
• Cyber skills and workforce development advisors
• Researchers specialising in cybersecurity in specific areas/topics such as election integrity, CNI, workforce development, and women in cyber
• OSINT/digital investigation trainers
• Digital democracy and digital human rights advisors
• Hybrid threats and resilience advisors
• MEL, Gender, and Conflict Advisors with expertise in cyber capacity building, digital threats, and resilience

We are particularly interested in consultants with experience in Eastern Europe, the Western Balkans, Asia Pacific, and Africa – either based in these regions or with relevant experience working there and a willingness to travel.
