About the role

We are looking for a Senior Banksphere Integration Engineer to join a large-scale banking modernization initiative.

This role will act as the bridge between legacy core banking systems and modern digital platforms, helping migrate business capabilities from traditional banking environments into a modern microservices architecture.

You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and development teams to enable digital banking products while ensuring operational stability and business continuity throughout the modernization process.

What you'll do

• Design, configure, and optimize transactional workflows and business logic within the Banksphere ecosystem.

• Enable financial products and services across modern digital channels.

• Participate in legacy system modernization and migration initiatives.

• Analyze and decommission legacy banking workflows while minimizing operational risk.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to define integration requirements and API contracts.

• Map legacy banking data structures to modern application architectures.

• Configure transactional validations, business rules, alerts, and operational controls.

• Support coexistence strategies between legacy and modern platforms during migration phases.

• Contribute to architecture discussions and modernization roadmaps.

What we're looking for

Required

• 4+ years of hands-on experience working within the Banksphere ecosystem.

• Experience in banking environments.

• Experience with:

  • Global Position consolidation

  • Customer authentication

  • Onboarding processes

  • Core banking transactional flows

• Understanding of:

  • Microservices architectures

  • REST APIs

  • JSON-based integrations

• Experience participating in legacy-to-modern transformation programs.

• English B2+ (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Mainframe environments.

• COBOL / CICS.

• DB2.

• Legacy data mapping and migration.

• Agile / Scrum methodologies.

• Experience in large-scale banking transformation initiatives.
