At Napapijri, we're looking for an inspiring and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team at La Roca Village.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving business performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience and developing a high-performing team. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring operational excellence while creating an engaging and inclusive environment for both customers and employees.
What you will do
- Lead, inspire and develop the store team to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Drive commercial performance through KPI analysis and action planning.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects the Napapijri brand values.
- Recruit, coach and develop talent within the team.
- Ensure excellent standards in Visual Merchandising and store presentation.
- Manage stock, operational processes and compliance requirements.
- Build a positive and high-performing store culture.
- Partner closely with the District Manager to drive business opportunities and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or equivalent leadership role within retail.
- Strong people management and coaching skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to analyse KPIs and translate insights into actions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused approach and passion for delivering results.
- Ability to lead through change and inspire teams.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
