• Analysis of the impact of AI technology on different professions
• Analysis of case studies of AI applications in the medical field
• Evaluation of services carried out in the data science pipeline in the medical sector
• Data management in R and Python in the medical sector and its impact on professions

Requirements

Research Field Other Education Level PhD or equivalent

• PhD in a discipline related to sciences.
• Statistical Modeling: Good knowledge of ANOVA, hurdle and zero-inflated models, logistic regression, GLMs/GLMMs, GAMs, Bayesian analysis.
• Data Science and ML: Experience applying CNNs and predictive models, dimensionality reduction (PCA, PCoA, RDA) and PERMANOVA.
• Software and Programming: Solid skills in R, Python, Bash, SQL, Git, and Docker. Analysis and handling of complex datasets.
• Project management, strong cross-team communication skills, participation as an author in scientific publications, and collaboration in international environments.
