Responsibilities * Talent Sourcing: Use your creativity to find and engage with top Sales and Recruiters through job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative channels. * Candidate Interviews: Lead initial interviews and engaging conversations to identify candidates who have the skills and passion we are looking for. * Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a positive experience with us by being their go-to contact and keeping communication open and friendly. * Data quality: Keep our database up to date by keeping candidates information updated. Qualifications * Great communication skills—you love talking to people and building relationships. * Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and solving problems. * Passionate about delivering an outstanding work quality. * A true team player who enjoys collaborating with others. * Native French and fluent in English and / or Spanish.
