Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR professional to join our team.
This full-time role will involve owning the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding, as well as providing general people support.
Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple teams, draft employment contracts, and manage compliance with local labor law.
Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and direct outreach, as well as supporting broader people operations initiatives.
Qualifications 2 years of experience in recruiting or HR in a startup, agency, or corporate setting.
Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and basic HR administration is required.
Fluency in English and Spanish is necessary.
Lithuanian is a plus but not required. Experience with Spanish labor law and contract management is also desired.
