Senior Application Support Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team in Barcelona, supporting the implementation and operation of cloud-based digital solutions across our High Voltage Products manufacturing units.

In this role, you will work closely with developers, internal teams, and users to troubleshoot complex application issues, improve system performance, and ensure the reliability of our digital solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software systems and cloud-based applications
• Document solutions and maintain standard operating procedures to improve support processes
• Collaborate with developers and internal teams to identify and resolve software bugs.
• Ensure applications and software systems remain up to date, reliable, and fully operational. xcskxlj
• Contribute to testing, releases, and hyper-care activities for new functionalities
• Support, mentor, and coach analysts to strengthen individual and team performance.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in Microsoft Azure configuration or development
• Experience working with applications using MS SQL
• Hands‑on experience with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Application Insights, Azure Data Factory, Azure Dashboards, API Management, and traceability tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
