About The Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal.

You will assist French-speaking customers answer their questions guide them through simple technical issues and make sure they have a smooth and positive experience.

The position is remote within Portugal. Candidates may already be based in Portugal or be open to relocating. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

• Support customers in French and English
• Answer questions and assist with technical issues
• Guide customers through clear and simple solutions
• Record and update customer cases accurately
• Follow up when additional support is needed
• Help create a friendly and positive customer experience

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English
• Friendly patient and customer-focused
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Previous customer service experience is welcome but not mandatory
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
