SAP Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP platform roadmap across all modules and workstreams
• Manage the end-to-end change request (CR) pipeline
• Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP across the business
• Facilitate release planning and go-live coordination across workstreams
• Identify and drive quick-win automation opportunities
• Own the SAP BTP layer: iFlow configuration and maintenance
• Manage the SAP-side configuration of connections to Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Oversee e-invoicing compliance across multiple countries
• Perform root-cause analysis on SAP integration incidents
• Administer the SAP platform: user roles, authorizations, and system configuration
• Act as the primary commercial and delivery interface with external SAP vendors
• Ensure every open CR has a named owner, module assignment, and ETA
• Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and sequencing
• Contribute to IT cost visibility for SAP-related spend
• Support audit, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in SAP programme management, platform ownership, or technical administration
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate a multi-workstream SAP delivery programme across functional architects and business stakeholders
• Proven track record managing SAP BTP integrations
• Experience working with and governing external SAP development vendors
• Familiarity with adjacent enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, OneStream)
• Background in multi-country SAP e-invoicing compliance is strongly preferred
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-entity international environments
