We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join an international team in Barcelona Spain. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

What You Will Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat
  • Provide accurate and professional customer support
  • Assist customers with booking account and service-related inquiries
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service

Requirements

  • Icelandic communication skills required (C1 level or above)
  • Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work on-site in Barcelona Spain
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
