Production Supervisor

We are now seeking a Production Supervisor to help us further building the future of food. You can be based in Berga Spain and report to the Production Manager to be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe Finland UK Belgium Sweden Estonia Spain.

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the team of about 30-40 production workers.

What will you do:

• Coach and lead your team of 30 production employees in a positive manner through the direct management of team leaders
• You help your team to start up set up and adjust the production lines
• Work together with your team in the production environment to achieve the daily objectives
• Follow the personnel planning on a daily basis
• Develop improvement proposalsin consultation with your fellow master guests.

What we expect from you:

• Has completed a technical course of study (Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical/Industrial/Food Technology/similar)and has broad theoretical and practical knowledge
• Has extensive technical experience in a production environment
• Has experience in a managerial position
• Can work independently and is stress-resistant
• Speaks fluent Catalan and professional English
• Can work to achieve proper hygiene quality and safety regulations
