Technical Consultant - Infrastructure Solutions

Experteer Overview In this role you will steer the technical solutioning across the full sales cycle, translating customer needs into scalable, commercially viable infrastructure architectures. You will collaborate with sales, product and services to craft differentiated solutions for enterprises, including AI/HPC workloads. You will engage senior customers and CIOs, demonstrate capabilities, size deals, and support bids to drive outcomes aligned with Lenovo’s vision of smarter technology for all. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Own the technical solutioning for complex infrastructure opportunities across the full sales cycle (discovery, sizing, architecture, proposal, deal support) • Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures covering compute, storage, networking and AI/HPC where relevant • Conduct product demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and technical presentations • Design and size solutions based on workload, performance and commercial constraints • Act as trusted advisor to customers, supporting technical discussions at expert and CIO level • Partner with Sales, Product and Services teams to build winning and margin-accretive solutions • Drive technical differentiation versus competition in strategic deals • Enable partners and internal teams on solution design, sizing tools and best practices • Support key bids and large opportunities, including RFP responses and technical presentations • Contribute to a shared sales target through solution wins, supporting pipeline progression and forecast accuracy Responsabilidades • Strong experience in infrastructure (servers, storage, networking) with exposure to HPC/AI/high-performance workloads • Proven track record in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical advisory roles • Solid capability in solution sizing and architecture design (workloads, performance drivers, TCO considerations) • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for different audiences • Strong customer-facing experience and confidence in senior-level discussions • Structured working style, able to manage multiple complex opportunities in parallel • Fluent English u0026 Spanish required Requisitos principales • dynamic, international environment • strong career development across Europe and globally • access to continuous learning platforms • flexible working models (country dependent) • competitive compensation and performance-based incentives
