Homologation engineer, Optical laboratory

We are looking for an Automotive or Mechanical Engineer to join our Homologation Passenger Car Department (optical laboratory). As part of the homologation team you will be responsible for the approval of different projects regarding homologation of vehicle approval testing.
Some of the main activities of this role include:

• Global homologation of installation of lighting and light-signalling devices on vehicles: ECE Regulation 48 FMVSS108/CMVSS108 (USA/Canada) Taiwan..
• Vehicle approval testing lighting and light-signalling (Both in proving ground and laboratoy).
• Study and development of International Standards focused on vehicle testing of AFS ADB AHB ESS RECAS systems.
• Performing technical reports.
• Verifying technical and administrative documentation for approvals.

Qualifications :

Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Automotive or Mechanical engineering.

Languages:
High level of Spanish and English.
Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
