Icelandic-Speaking Customer Service Representative Barcelona Spain
We are looking for an Icelandic-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team based in Barcelona Spain.

What Youll Do
- Provide professional customer support via phone and email.
- Assist customers with service-related payment and technical inquiries.
- Deliver accurate information while following established procedures.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests efficiently.
Requirements
- Native or C2 level Icelandic.
- Advanced English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Office and CRM systems).
- Customer-focused with a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
- Previous customer service or contact center experience is an advantage.
What We Offer
- Location: Barcelona Spain
- Schedule: 38.5 hours/week MondaySunday (rotational shifts)
- Working Hours: Between 09:00 and 20:00
- Salary: 22249 gross/year
