Your day-to-day

• 
  
• Partner with Product teams to tackle challenges, reveal untapped potential, challenge status‑quo, and empower data‑driven choices.
  
• Use Amplitude to analyze user journeys and conduct A/B tests.
  
• Use SQL and Tableau to extract and analyze data.
  
• Build dashboards that make an impact – create powerful visualizations that give teams at Hostinger the visibility and confidence to take action, while ensuring data integrity and validity.
  
• Use Lumos – our internal AI data agent – to surface new insights and business recommendations.
  
• Collaborate with our top‑notch Data Platform team to work closely with data engineers and analytics engineers, ensuring data availability, efficient processes, and successful project execution.
  

Real projects you might work on

• 
  
• Analyzing AI‑Powered Marketing Tool users – help our Reach Team understand product usage, user segments and conversions, and refine future product strategy.
  
• Decoding AI WebMail clients’ engagement – provide deep analytical support to the Mail Team to drive growth and shape the next generation of email solutions.
  
• Optimizing our Client Referral Program – refine commission frameworks and build high‑impact partnership strategies to deepen client connections.
  
• Empowering our Innovation Team – enrich new ventures with data insights and advise Product Managers on scaling emerging business opportunities.
  
• Defining Product Adoption Success – analyze product usage patterns and customer behavior to elevate the overall Hostinger experience through data‑driven improvements.

Your skills and experience

• 
  
• 2+ years of experience as a product analyst, data analyst, business analyst or similar role.
  
• Experience with A/B testing and user journey analysis.
  
• Hands‑on SQL expertise – able to write queries, create and optimize dashboard models.
  
• Proficiency in data visualization tools – primarily Tableau, but experience with other tools is acceptable.
  
• A results‑driven mindset – turning raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive business impact.
  
• Strong communication & collaboration skills – explaining complex data in a simple way and working well with cross‑functional teams.
  
• Bonus: Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools.
  
• Extra points for: experience with Python or R for data analysis, advanced A/B testing experience, or knowledge of statistical concepts.
